Right now, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister, Dr. Moustafa Madbouly; Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, El-Sayed El-Quseir; and Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Hani Swailem in addition to different officers.
Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, mentioned the President was briefed on joint efforts by the varied specialised authorities with regard to the horizontal and vertical growth tasks to extend the dimension and productiveness of the agricultural space in Egypt. These included tasks in East Owainat, Toshka, Sinai, Higher Egypt and the New Delta, along with future expansions on this regard.
The President gave directives to proceed intensive work in the mega tasks that are presently being carried out in the sectors of agriculture and irrigation, in addition to agricultural and meals manufacturing, which have gotten more and more essential in gentle of the formidable international challenges which have emerged over the previous years. The President careworn the significance of mobilizing all capabilities and experience to reinforce the elements of success for these tasks via correct scientific research and complete planning, whereas persevering with the rational use of water assets and leveraging the productiveness of the water unit.
